If return the goods:
You have the right to return the goods within 30 days. If the product does not affect the sales, you can contact us to return and exchange the goods, and the resulting freight will be borne by you. If the goods you receive are defective, please do not use it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
1. Return due to product problem For example, if the product is returned for reasons such as product quality problems, damage in transit, wrong delivery, etc., then the return shipping fee is borne by us.
2. Buyer's problem returns If the return is due to buyer’s dislike, wrong size selection, etc., then the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging with all its belongings. Any returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. You can use mail to return us the goods. After you apply returning through order center, we will deal with it within 2-3 days.
A full refund will be issued within 3-7 days after we have received your return.
Please note that we can only accept returns of products purchased online at sea-dove.com. And that VAT, duties and taxes will not be refunded for orders .
