Please be advised that due to COVID-19 precautions, you may experience delays in receiving your order. This applies for all of our delivery methods. We are committed to ensuring that your shopping experiences result in complete satisfaction, and sincerely regret any disappointment you may have encountered.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

1) United States: 7-20 business days depend on the Customs Clearance.
2) Europe: 7-20 business days depend on the Customs Clearance.
3) Other countries: not more than 20-35 business days depend on the Customs Clearance.

*This doesn’t include our 2-4 days processing time.


1. Your order will be processed within 48 hours after the order is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Your will receive an email notification including the tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.
3. Once order is shipped out, it can not be cancelled.
4. It takes 1-20 business days to get to you depending on your location as follows.

DDP – Delivered Duties Paid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid upon checkout.

DDU – Delivered Duties Unpaid – Import duties & taxes are collected and paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. Customer assumes responsibility of any applicable fees.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

We ship worldwide by EMS, DHL, FedEx, E-packet and so on, we are unable to control the delivery time because it is processed by third-party service, but you can contact us if the parcel has not arrive within expected time, we will help you to track it.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the parcel reaches your country. 
SEA-DOVE cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Also please know , in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.


DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@sea-dove.com
